Submissions can be in the early stages but at a minimum, submissions need to be detailed abstracts along with preliminary results. While papers may have been submitted to journals, they should still be at the R&R stage.

It is a prerequisite for presenters to be members of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA). If your membership has lapsed or you wish to join, please visit AREUEA Membership Renewal to renew or initiate your membership.

For submissions, access our dedicated portal at AREUEA Conference Submission Portal.

Additionally, please ensure your registration is completed via Conference Registration to partake in the conference. We look forward to your contributions and active participation in what promises to be an enlightening and enriching event.

Submissions & Registration

The conference will take place at the Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort, located in the historic capital city of Willemstad. The on-site restaurants, lounges, and bustling bars just next door at historic Rif Fort are guaranteed to please any appetite. And when it’s time to kick back and relax, guests can take advantage of the resorts magnificent freshwater infinity pool.

The Renaissance Wink Creek Curaçao Resort has reserved a predetermined amount of rooms, which they offer at a discounted price for conference attendees. We recommend all conference attendees to book their rooms at this hotel, as public transportation on the island of Curaçao is rather impractical.

Furthermore, as the resort is located in the heart of Curaçao’s historic capital, there’s a whole world to uncover. A walking tour of Willemstad will reveal its hidden gems. You can also set out on memorable day trips. Just a few miles away, you can spend an afternoon lounging at Mambo Beach, discover natural splendor in Christoffel National Park, peer into the underwater world at Curaçao Sea Aquarium, and golf enthusiasts can shoot a round at the one-of-a-kind seaside Blue Bay Golf Course.

You can book your stay at the hotel here
